I found this article that might be helpful about building an exhibit in an hour.
It could pertain to our exhibit just in reference to staging and presentation. I found
the part talking about creating visual flow to be particularly helpful. I also think its relevant to us because it is designing quickly and on a budget I think this would be helpful to look at!

Something I think we could include in our proposal would be a style board where we could generate images that inspire ideas for our exhibit. Sometimes visual cues are more helpful at conjuring images than the most vivid word pictures can ever paint. If we could even use a "Pinterest" board to compile images I think that would work well!
